Normally my color palette is somewhat limited. This work kept asking for more and wanted to be painted in rainbows.
The upward movement and space in this work is energetic but not overpowering. The size is also great for most living spaces. It can make a beautiful statement artwork in any space.
When I see Lush Restraint no.18, I think of wild nature. A progression and changing, growth and death, beyond our control. Hush Wild works speak of embracing the wild, finding beauty in the things we cannot control. Comfort in the act of letting go.
