Closing ritual: Whisper “I’m here.”

Microbrave action: Touch your art materials without needing to use them (flip through paper, squeeze a paint tube, hold a brush).
Closing ritual: Rub your palms together for warmth.

Closing ritual: Place your hand over your heart.
